Co-Treasurer
Works closely with the Treasurer and PTO Board to ensure accurate financial management and transparency. Share responsibilities with the Treasurer and serve as backup when needed.
Key Responsibilites
- 
Financial Recordkeeping and Funds Handling
- 
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and budget tracking

Reports and Reconciliation - Compliance and Documents
- 
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, and budgets. Assist with reconciling the bank account.
 - 
Help ensure that all financial activities follow PTO bylaws, school, district policies, and IRS requirements for nonprofit organizations.
