Co-Treasurer 

Works closely with the Treasurer and PTO Board to ensure accurate financial management and transparency.  Share responsibilities with the Treasurer and serve as backup when needed.

Key Responsibilites

  • Financial Recordkeeping and Funds Handling

    • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and budget tracking

  • Reports and Reconciliation - Compliance and Documents

    • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, and budgets.  Assist with reconciling the bank account.

    • Help ensure that all financial activities follow PTO bylaws, school, district policies, and IRS requirements for nonprofit organizations.
