Welcome to the official website of the Cahuilla Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). By accessing this site, you agree to the following terms of use, which are designed to protect our students, families, and staff, and maintain a respectful and secure community.

 1. For Parents & Guardians Only

This website and any associated PTO pages or groups are intended solely for the parents and legal guardians of currently enrolled Cahuilla Elementary students.

Please do not share login access, private content, or materials with individuals outside our school community.

 2. Respect Privacy of Students, Staff, and Families

• Do not misuse or share personal information about staff, students, or fellow parents found through this site or PTO communications.

• Contact details, classroom rosters, or personal comments shared for PTO use must remain confidential.

 3. Photos & Screenshots

• You may only take or share photos of your own child.

• Do not post, save, or share screenshots or images of other students without written consent from their parent or guardian.

 4. Prohibited Conduct

Members agree not to:

• Use this platform to promote unrelated businesses, causes, or events

• Share harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content

• Engage in bullying, harassment, or divisive behavior within any PTO space (online or in-person)

 5. Reporting Concerns

If you notice inappropriate use of this website, personal information, or photo content, please report it to the PTO Board immediately at cahuillaelementarypto@gmail.com
